Our product is guaranteed to arrive in good condition.  Because it is a perishable item, we are not able to accept returns.  If it arrives defective, contact us within 24 hours and we will issue a return minus the shipping.

How long will it take for me to get frozen baked potatoes?

2 to 5 days after your order is shipped. 

What is the shelf life of your frozen baked potatoes?

Our potatoes will stay good in the freezer up to 18 months if stored properly. 
 

How do I cook your baked potato?

Prep Instructions:
Microwave for 3 to 4 minutes or until hot in the center.
For Large Quantities Oven bake on 375 F for 30 minutes or until hot in the center.

How can a frozen baked potato that is re-heated in a microwave not be dry?

We have a special, exclusive process that we use to bake and freeze our potatoes that contributes to making them moist and flavorful when they are reheated.
Due to the natural variation in the size of potatoes, there is going to be a slight variation in the way they are baked as they go through our ovens. This will cause a very small percentage of our potatoes to come out slightly drier than the majority of them after they are reheated. This is a natural occurrence and should be expected.

What is your return policy?

Our product is guaranteed to arrive in good condition.  Because it is a perishable item, we are not able to accept returns.  If it arrives defective, contact us within 24 hours and we will issue a credit minus the shipping.
